Sindh EPD Deputed Motor Vehicle

A representative of the Sindh Environment Department has been deputed at the Motor Vehicle Inspection (MVI) office to ensure regular monitoring of smoke-emitting vehicles and check pollution, according to a notification issued on Sunday by the office of Sindh Chief Secretary (CS) Fazalur Rehman. The CS took notice of editorials in newspapers as well as public complaints, and instructed the transport department and the traffic police to monitor smoke-emitting vehicles.
